The lo mein noodles I bought were fresh noodles, so I just put them in a bowl of hot water and it was fine… If you are using dry noodles, cook them in some boiling first. Once cooked, toss it with a tbsp worth of sesame oil and set aside
Heat some oil in a wok, once hot add the onions ginger and garlic
After the onions get soft, add the veggies and let it cook through. Add all the veggies you like. When the veggies are almost cooked through, add the bean sprouts
Finally the oyster and soy sauce and the noodles go in. Gently toss to combine
