Btw i replaced the lemon 🍋 with lime since thats the only thing i can find. Rather than a cake this year, I made my hubby a couple of pies for his birthday. Cheesecake is my ultimate favorite dessert and this one was sweet, lemony and creamy, with just a tiny bit of tartness- yum! This is not your ordinary cheesecake! Make sure you allow enough time to savor every last bite of this citrus sensation!
