3. Leave in fridge too set for half hour or more
4. Blend strawberries and set aside.
5. In a mixer or blender blend Philadelphia cheese.
6. Do the same with the double cream. Then fold cream, Philadelphia cheese & strawberries together.
7. Place sliced strawberries at side container on top biscuits.
8. Pour in all ingredients.
9. Put in fridge overnight to set. Then add cream & decorate the next day.
