  1. Prepare 1/2 instant oats
  2. Get 1 cup milk
  3. Get 1 tbsp peanut butter
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp honey or to taste
  5. Get 1 tbsp decicated coconut
  6. Prepare Fruits of you choice
Steps to make Overnight Oats…:
  1. Toast the oats in pan for 3-4 mins.
  2. In a jar, add milk,toasted instant oats,honey, peanut butter,and coconut.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Place lid on a jar, and chill it in fridge for aleat 5 -6 hours
  5. Next take out the jar,give it a quick mix again.
  6. Take it out in a bowl,add fruits of your choice,nuts,you can also add honey too ( if sweetness is not enough.
  7. Have a healthy oats in sehri or breakfast time…….Enjoy😊☺
